Happy Easter and Welcome Back!!! I hope everyone enjoyed their Spring and Easter break alongside your loved ones. Please help me in encouraging our students to do their very best and finish this year strong.

Amazing News! I would like to announce Immaculate Conception School has been awarded a $12,000 grant to build an Outdoor Classroom by the Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of Tucson. We are blessed by their generosity and excited to be able to provide this for our students. Thank you Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of Tucson!


Scholarships- The following scholarships are now taking applications: FAIR, YES, STAY, and IBE. Please apply as soon as possible. IBE will host a few seminars for parents. Please check the enclosed flyers.


8th Grade Graduation Pictures- Lifetouch will be here on Tuesday, April 13th at 9:30 am to take 8th grade graduation pictures. Our 8th graders are to arrive at school at 9:15 am ready. Please read Ms. Arviso’s letter for more information.


First Holy Communion Pictures- Lifetouch will be here on Wednesday, April 14th at 9:30 am to take First Holy Communion Pictures. All students who will be receiving the Sacrament of Holy Communion will arrive at school at 9:15 am. Please read Sister Janet’s letter for more information.


Catholic Relief Services Rice Bowls- All students have received their rice bowls. “For more than 45 years, Lenten alms given through CRS Rice Bowl have supported programs that prevent hunger and poverty around the world.” Almsgiving has the power to transform the world. Please return Rice Bowls by this Friday, April 9th.


Face Masks- On March 25th, an executive order was issued relaxing Face Masks requirements however per the Arizona Department of Education, Arizona Department of Health Services, and our Diocese of Tucson masks will still be required by all students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Thank you for your continued cooperation.


Daily Home Screening for Students

Parents: Please complete this short check every morning before your child comes to school.

If your child has any of the following symptoms, that indicates a possible illness that may decrease the student’s ability to learn and also put them at risk for spreading illness to others. Please check your child for these symptoms:


-Temperature 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher when taken by mouth


-Shortness of Breath




-Muscle or Body Aches

-New loss of taste of smell

-Sore Throat

-Runny Nose and/or congestion

-Nausea or vomiting
