Amazing News! I would like to announce Immaculate Conception School has been awarded a $12,000 grant to build an Outdoor Classroom by the Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of Tucson. We are blessed by their generosity and excited to be able to provide this for our students. Thank you Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of Tucson!
Scholarships- The following scholarships are now taking applications: FAIR, YES, STAY, and IBE. Please apply as soon as possible.
8th Grade Graduation Pictures- Lifetouch will be here on Tuesday, April 13th at 9:30 am to take 8th grade graduation pictures. Our 8th graders are to arrive at school at 9:15 am ready.
First Holy Communion Pictures- Lifetouch will be here on Wednesday, April 14th at 9:30 am to take First Holy Communion Pictures. All students who will be receiving the Sacrament of Holy Communion will arrive at school at 9:15 am. First Holy Communion will be on Friday, May 7th at 9:00 am
8th Annual Monsignor O’Keefe Golf Tournament- Monsignor 8th Annual Golf Tournament will take place on May 1st, 2021 at the Cocopah Golf Resort. Registrations will begin at 6:00 AM and Shotgun will start at 7:00 AM. The cost is $75 per player which includes 18 holes, cart, and lunch. Golf Tournament Donations- We would appreciate donations for our Golf Tournament. We are in need of Gift Cards, camping items, spa items, water bottles, sodas, granola bars, etc. If you would like to contribute please call Mrs. Carmack. If you owe parent hours, Mrs. Carmack will be contacting you. Teachers will be reaching out to our families with their gift basket themes. Thank you for your continued support and generosity.

Daily Home Screening for Students
Parents: Please complete this short check every morning before your child comes to school.
If your child has any of the following symptoms, that indicates a possible illness that may decrease the student’s ability to learn and also put them at risk for spreading illness to others. Please check your child for these symptoms:
-Temperature 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher when taken by mouth
-Headache
-Shortness of Breath
-Cough
-Chills
-Fatigue
-Muscle or Body Aches
-New loss of taste of smell
-Sore Throat
-Runny Nose and/or congestion
-Nausea or vomiting
-Diarrhea
